Dionysus: is my main research codebase. It's a C++ library with various algorithms for computing persistent homology. There are also Python bindings for some parts of the library. Artemis: is a lightweight distributed issue tracking extension for Mercurial. pyANN: are Python bindings for David Mount's ANN library.
